From repairing computer systems in a small Bushehr contracting firm to leading network operations for one of Iran's largest pharmaceutical investment holdings, my career has been built one infrastructure at a time. What started as hands-on troubleshooting evolved into designing and securing enterprise networks for hospitality groups, corporate offices, and now a nationwide holding company — always with the same instinct: find the bottleneck, fix it properly, and leave behind a system that runs better than it did before. Over more than a decade, I've built expertise across Cisco and MikroTik environments, VMware and Proxmox virtualization, and automation that turned repetitive manual work into scripts that save hours every week. I've led enterprise network builds for restaurant groups like Popcorn Group and Senso, taken responsibility for critical infrastructure at Golrang Holding, and grown from hands-on specialist to team supervisor — mentoring others while still being the person who gets called when something breaks at 2 a.m. Alongside this, I've been building something of my own: the HBZ Enterprise Platform, a Persian-language ERP/CRM system, and establishing HBZ as an independent IT and infrastructure venture. It's the natural next step — taking everything I've learned keeping other people's systems running, and building something that's mine.
